Now I am not very familiar with the game. However, I do know that as you get better in the game, you increase the level of your character. With an increased level, you get more perks as a player and your game is much better than others with lower character levels. This is why the best players have thought of building high-level characters on MMOs such as World of Warcraft (WoW).
